What We Collect

When you submit our contact form we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your company name and location (if you provide them)
  • The service you’re enquiring about
  • The details you include in your message

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide you with a quote. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as is necessary to respond and complete any resulting work, after which they may be kept for our business records for up to 7 years in line with UK accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at info@sign-it.uk.

Cookies & Analytics

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — a small amount of data is stored in your browser to remember your cookie preference so the banner doesn’t reappear on every page. This is always active.
  • Analytics & advertising — if you accept, we may use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and/or Google Ads tags. These help us understand which pages are most useful and measure the performance of our marketing. No tracking cookies are set until you click “Accept All”.

You can change your mind at any time by clicking in the footer.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@sign-it.uk.
